chore: drop machine-local claude-symlink hook from lefthook (#662)

The post-checkout claude-symlink command was opt-in local
automation gated on CLAUDE_SYMLINK_SCRIPT pointing at a private
config repo. It does not belong in the public repo: for anyone
without that env var it only printed a warning on every branch
checkout.

The hook now lives in the local Worktrunk setup as a post-start
worktree-creation hook (renamed companion-symlink). Everything
else stays in lefthook.yml: commit/push hooks have no worktrunk
equivalent, and pnpm-install-on-deps-change must keep firing on
in-worktree branch checkouts (git checkout / gt), which worktrunk
hooks never see.

Also removes the now-obsolete Claude Symlink Hook section from
LOCAL_DEV.md.
