docs(home): the hero says 0.8 and points at its own release

The Chinese hero still introduced OINK 0.7 and both heroes' primary action
linked the 0.7.0 notes; the English text had moved to 0.8 while its link
had not. Both languages now say 0.8 and land on the 0.8.0 release post.
