release: prepare Console v2.4.1

Prepare Console v2.4.1 with silo-pkg v3.14.1, mcli 20260916, upstream minio-go 32e1f32cb176, strfmt v0.27.2, JWX v3.3.0 and React Router v7.18.4. Declare the Playwright accessibility peer explicitly and regenerate the embedded frontend, version metadata and third-party credits.

The release includes the anonymous sharing boundary fix from #56 / #52. Update the release and embedding instructions, and make the embedded SILO sharing fixture select the same MC revision as Console, since Go does not inherit a dependency's replacement directives.

Validation completed locally:

• Full go test -race -tags kqueue ./..., make verifiers, CI dependency contract and downstream embedder build.
• 251 frontend unit tests and 51 Chromium end-to-end tests against a disposable maintained SILO stack.
• Sharing API and browser tests in both standalone and embedded deployments.
• Swagger regeneration leaves no generated-source changes; the 185 embedded frontend files reproduce byte-for-byte.
• Go vulnerability scan reports no reachable vulnerabilities; production and complete frontend dependency audits report no high-severity findings.
• Published dependency tags, immutable MCLI release, Go proxy / checksum database records and multi-platform MCLI image verified.

Run the complete required CI matrix and vulnerability gate on the final main commit before creating the v2.4.1 tag.
