Adds 3Speak, an open-source video platform built on the Hive network, as a custom media site (collection/sites/threespeak.yml).

• Matches 3speak.tv/watch?v={author}/{permlink} (with or without www., extra params like &t=31 are ignored).
• Embeds 3Speak's own iframe player: https://play.3speak.tv/watch?v={author}/{permlink}&mode=iframe (16:9, no autoplay).
• author follows Hive account name rules and permlink is [a-z0-9-], so other 3Speak pages (profiles etc.) stay plain links.
• The site id is threespeak because TextFormatter tag names can't start with a digit.

Checked with s9e/TextFormatter's MediaEmbed configurator and PHP renderer: https://3speak.tv/watch?v=seckorama/sumski-vinodol renders the responsive 16:9 iframe, while https://3speak.tv/user/meno and look-alike URLs on other domains stay links. Added the file to custom_sites_collection_test.
