feat(transport): drop streamable_http_path override + bump to 1.0.108 (#124)

The override pinned the mount to /mcp/ to match the (incorrect) assumption
that prod forwarded /mcp/. Verified via internal-nginx upstream access log
that prod META_MCP_BACKEND_URLS is /mcp (no trailing slash), so the SDK
default streamable_http_path = /mcp matches prod and the override is
unnecessary. Removing it avoids the 307 redirect under prod traffic that
detached the undici ArrayBuffer on the Next.js proxy retry path (1.0.106
regression).

Keeps transport_security.enable_dns_rebinding_protection = False (required
when internal nginx strips the port from the Host header, so the SDKs
loopback allowlist 127.0.0.1:* never matches). Keeps mcp[cli]==1.23.0 pin.
