feat: five-tab dashboard, active sessions, and v0.2.0 packaging - #5

Reorganize the popover into Overview, Charts, Included, Events, and Account tabs with a horizontal chip picker. Add active session listing and revoke via /api/auth/sessions, version Claude Sonnet 5 promo pricing by event date, and widen the dashboard panel slightly.
