Add DeNotebak support - #48

A backend for backing up DeNotebak snapshots.
Allows to tweak things on the sender side.
This to be able to set tags for denotebak snapshots.
…45] Changed it to take the name of the snapshot it received rather than hard code the name to "snapshot".
To be able to test both snapper and DeNotebak
To be able to create dummy DeNotebak snapshots.
Since it's mostly the `test_entry` that you'll be changing. Having that first makes more sense.
As DeNotebak tests will be dependent on the `baksnapperd_denotebak` backend. Moving this up to the `test_entry` to make it possible to switch and get proper dependency tracking.
Same reason as `depends`.
As they are not supported with --config.

Added a backend for sending snapshots created by DeNotebak.
Required some changes to the logic for sending incremental backups as the snapshots are no longer just an increasing number but could also be a timestamp with optionally tags following the denote's file-naming scheme. Due to that some arrays needed to be changed to associative arrays loosing the inherit order.
It therefore assumes the snapshots given to it from the backend are sorted and the last snapshot is at the end. And that snapshots can be compared using the string operator
<. Both are true for the snapper and DeNotebak backends.Added tests for the DeNotebak backend.
This closes #45.
