Font rendering regression

I remember using Roboto font previously and it was ok. It is now showing with artifacts.

I don't know when it started appearing. I can't go lower than 2.20.3, which seems to have broken loading older versions (js/mjs).

I just imported Roboto-Regular.ttf into a the Editor and saw this:

How do I recreate what you're seeing exactly?

Note that font rendering has changed a bit recently, with fixes made to both the asset generation and the runtime renderer. if you see artifacts, you're supposed to just reimport/regenerate your font from the TTF.
