The v2.0.0 milestone scope is complete: metered-network detection on
macOS/Linux (#32), OS sleep/wake suspend-edge snapshots (#33), the
least-privilege VSS elevation helper wired end-to-end (#25), small-file
bundling (#35), and point-in-time restore-by-date (#36), all verified
by live dev-channel QA against real Google Drive.
