test(ui): regenerate the setup-wizard step2-error baselines for #291

The slow-wizard fix (#291) grew the step-2 error layout by 40px but the visual gate only runs at the release tag, so v2.11.0's pipeline went red on baselines regenerated before it merged. All 102 visual tests pass against these in the same Docker harness.
