Support eclipse 2026-09 (#462)

* Add orbit for commons-io
* Fragment org.eclipse.jdt.launching.macosx has been removed

It's now directly part of org.eclipse.jdt.launching.
See eclipse-jdt/eclipse.jdt.debug@39cd9ac

Note: These means, that building older target platform currently now doesn't work anymore under macos.
