Register 15 previously-orphaned tool modules with FastMCP

audiences, lookalikes, conversions, insights_advanced, rules, pixels,
ab_testing, catalogs, lead_forms, reach_frequency, business, page_posts,
offline_conversions, creatives_advanced, and attribution were built and
merged (923f672, eadc37e, 88c7bc5) but never imported anywhere, so
FastMCP never registered their tools despite the modules shipping in
every deployed image since. Wires them into __init__.py (matching the
existing module-import pattern) and into server.py's HTTP-transport
registration block. Verified via a clean venv install + import: tool
count goes from 38 to 84, no import errors.
