Request for maintainer sponsorship: third-party library listing for Zustand DevTools

Hi maintainers,

GitHub currently restricts new pull requests in pmndrs/zustand to collaborators, so I cannot open this prepared one-line documentation change from my fork:

The change would add Zustand DevTools / zustand-devtools-bridge to the community-maintained third-party libraries page.

For review:

• It supports Zustand 4 and 5 through explicit store registration.
• The free tier includes live registered-store inspection, a searchable cross-store action timeline, safe in-memory time travel, and three complete Trace Session previews.
• Pro is €9.99 once and unlocks unlimited Trace Sessions with path-level diffs, best-effort source call-sites, A/B comparison, and redacted export/import.
• It is an independent, MIT-licensed project with no analytics or telemetry. Application state and traces stay local. The only optional network request is Gumroad licence verification after explicit consent.
