Pull Request Overview

This PR adds Eldev support to the doxymacs project, providing a modern package manifest and build tool for testing, packaging, and linting. The main purpose is to establish a standardized build system using Eldev's declarative configuration.

  • Adds Eldev configuration file with custom builders for autoconf, configure, and make processes
  • Configures package files to include C source files and build scripts
  • Sets up project structure with lisp and c source directories
