This patch updates the package header information, so it is displayed correctly by the Emacs package infrastructure. This consists of three changes: 1. Use real email addresses for authors; 2. List a maintainer separate from the authors; and 3. Remove an extra line after the `Commentary` section. License: GPLv3+ Signed-off-by: Patrick M. Niedzielski <patrick@pniedzielski.net>

- Converts author email addresses from obfuscated format to standard format
- Adds a dedicated maintainer field
- Removes an extra blank line after the Commentary section
