If this gets fixed in Hail Batch, we should eat up those changes
e.g.

is a child of
https://batch.hail.populationgenomics.org.au/batches/534342
But there's nothing in the attributes to link them. Must be a fault with how I'm setting this up/not passing required elements for a consistent billing record.
