… them Reply sat under a rule of its own beneath the last entry's badge, edit and delete; it now sits on that entry's row. The sent badge's brighter border read as a taller box beside the buttons — every border is the same colour now, and the states differ by dashed, solid and filled.

Reply moves from its own ruled row onto the last entry's row of buttons (badge · Send · edit · delete · Reply). The sent badge's brighter border made the boxes look unequal in height; all borders share
--bordernow and the lifecycle states differ by dashed / solid / filled alone.
