Version bump only; the release note is the commit body. v0.35.0 is published after this lands, which fires release.yml → PyPI.

PR mode adopts the comment lifecycle with GitHub as the counterpart (ADR
0009 slice 2): Send adds a comment to the reviewer's pending review,
edits and deletes follow it there, Submit publishes as Comment, Approve
or Request changes with a summary of what it holds, and resolving an
upstream thread fires at once. The store reconciles to GitHub — which is
authoritative for its draft — on any sign of divergence. Done, the
modal, --yes and the one-shot post are gone. scr pr detaches like scr
review.

Servers are the CLI's to manage: server.json carries the build identity
and a server of another build is restarted rather than reused; scr runs
ps | stop | restart | logs; --foreground runs the server in the terminal.

Fixes: gh's exit code no longer masks a partial GraphQL answer; a
thread's buttons are one row.
