feat(web): restore the webring row above the pit.world footer - #53

….world footer Every site must end with the Profullstack webring row and then the pit.world network footer. Re-add @profullstack/footer and server-render <Footer> (as before #52) right after the trimmed link row, with the pit.world footer still last in <body>. The ring row carries the copyright, so the link row drops its own copyright and "MIT licensed" moves to the ring row's tagline. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
