Subject: [PATCH] feat(web): restore the @profullstack/footer webring row above
 the pit.world footer

Every site must end with the Profullstack webring row and then the pit.world
network footer. Re-add @profullstack/footer and server-render <Footer> (as
before #52) right after the trimmed link row, with the pit.world footer still
last in <body>. The ring row carries the copyright, so the link row drops its
own copyright and "MIT licensed" moves to the ring row's tagline.
