Add the pit.world global footer via nginx SSI, trim the footer (#6)

nginx fetches https://pit.world/snippets/footer.html?site=sysops.ceo
server side and SSI-includes it last in <body>: cached an hour, served stale
if pit.world is down, 3s timeout, any failure includes nothing. Replaces the
@profullstack/footer webring block and its jsDelivr embed script with a
one-line copyright footer. The CrawlProof text ad moves from just above the
footer to the top of the page.
