Description of the bug
At some point in time using RC3 - Stable, suddenly all untouched skills have turned blue and are Locked. This causes a string of notifications that require deleting one by one.
Going to the dev mode and attempting a reset does not clear the lock
a git status of the skill usually shows a disconnected head.
Steps To Reproduce
Monitor the Syslog tab on a start / restart
Observe the skills listed are normally green
Observe any colored in blue and are marked as locked
Additional Information
Only solution I have found is to delete the affect skill(s) and do a restart to fully remove. Once removed they can then be reinstalled and are normal green.
The blue locked skills will continue to work but can not be updated even with the Auto Skills Update enabled. The nagging notification messages,will continue if skills are blue
