Redistribution and use in source and binary forms, with or without modification,
are permitted provided that the conditions set forth in this Agreement are met.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the copyright holder
hereby grants you a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to:

  a) Use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, and/or sublicense the
     Software and its source code, in whole or in part, for any purpose,
     including commercial purposes;

  b) Create derivative works based upon the Software, provided that such
     derivative works comply with all conditions set forth in Section 2 of
     this Agreement;

  c) Access and review the source code of the Software freely.

This is an open-source license. The source code is made available so that
users may inspect, learn from, improve, and build upon the Software.

2. CONDITIONS

All copies, distributions, forks, derivative works, or uses of the Software,
whether in source or binary form, must comply with ALL of the following:

  2.1  COPYRIGHT NOTICE RETENTION
       The above copyright notice, this list of conditions, and the following
       disclaimer must be included, unmodified and in their entirety, in all
       copies or substantial portions of the Software, and in all derivative
       works and distributions thereof, whether in source, binary, or
       documentation form.

  2.2  ATTRIBUTION REQUIREMENT
       Any use, fork, deployment, derivative work, publication, presentation,
       integration, embedding, or distribution of the Software — in whole or
       in part — MUST include a clear, prominent, and easily visible attribution
       in the following form:

           "Based on G4 Claw Counter by G4 (psinghmanager)"
           or
           "Includes code from G4 Claw Counter by G4 (psinghmanager)"

       This attribution must appear:
         - In the application's About screen or equivalent;
         - In any associated README, documentation, or description;
         - On any website, store listing, or public-facing page where the
           derivative work is described or distributed.

       Attribution must not be hidden, greyed out, removed, or rendered
       inaccessible to ordinary users.

  2.3  NAME PROTECTION — PROHIBITED USE OF PROTECTED MARKS
       The following names, marks, and identifiers are PROTECTED and may NOT
       be used in derivative works, forks, redistributions, or any other
       context without the EXPLICIT PRIOR WRITTEN PERMISSION of the copyright
       holder:

           - "G4 Claw Counter"
           - "Claw Counter" (when used in the context of Claude/AI token tracking)
           - "G4" (as a brand identifier in the same product category)

       Specifically prohibited uses include but are not limited to:
         - Naming a fork or derivative work with any of the above protected names;
         - Using protected names in domain names, URLs, package names, or
           repository names;
         - Using protected names in marketing materials, social media, or
           promotional content in a manner that implies authorship or origin;
         - Creating any product or service whose name or branding could
           reasonably be confused with G4 Claw Counter.

       Any fork or derivative work MUST adopt a clearly distinct name that does
       not incorporate any of the protected marks listed above.

       To request written permission for use of protected names, contact the
       copyright holder through the official project repository.

  2.4  NO ENDORSEMENT
       Neither the name "G4 Claw Counter", "G4", "psinghmanager", nor the names
       of any contributors may be used to endorse, promote, or advertise
       products or services derived from this Software without prior written
       permission from the copyright holder.

3. TRADEMARK ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND DISCLAIMER

  3.1  THIRD-PARTY TRADEMARKS
       The following names, terms, and marks are registered trademarks or
       trademarks of Anthropic, PBC, and are used in this Software and its
       documentation solely for the purpose of factual description and to
       indicate interoperability:

           - "Claude"
           - "Claude Code"
           - "Claude Desktop"
           - "Anthropic"
           - Any other product names, logos, or marks owned by Anthropic, PBC

  3.2  INDEPENDENT THIRD-PARTY TOOL DECLARATION
       THIS SOFTWARE IS AN INDEPENDENT, THIRD-PARTY TOOL. IT IS NOT DEVELOPED,
       ENDORSED, SPONSORED, AUTHORIZED, CERTIFIED, OR AFFILIATED WITH ANTHROPIC,
       PBC IN ANY WAY. THE DEVELOPER OF THIS SOFTWARE HAS NO RELATIONSHIP WITH
       ANTHROPIC, PBC BEYOND THAT OF AN ORDINARY END USER OF THEIR PRODUCTS.

  3.3  NO TRADEMARK CLAIM
       No trademark rights are claimed or implied by the copyright holder over
       any marks owned by Anthropic, PBC. All goodwill associated with
       Anthropic's marks belongs exclusively to Anthropic, PBC. Use of
       Anthropic's product names in this Software is strictly limited to factual
       identification for the purpose of interoperability and description.

  3.4  ANTHROPIC RIGHTS RESERVATION
       Anthropic, PBC retains all rights, title, and interest in and to their
       trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and other intellectual
       property. Nothing in this Agreement grants any rights in or to Anthropic's
       intellectual property.

  3.5  COMPLIANCE WITH TRADEMARK HOLDER REQUESTS
       If Anthropic, PBC or any other trademark holder objects to the use of
       their marks in this Software or its documentation, the developer agrees
       to promptly comply with any reasonable request to modify or remove such
       references, consistent with maintaining the functional description of the
       Software.

  3.6  USER ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF THIRD-PARTY NATURE
       By using this Software, you acknowledge and agree that:
         - This Software is not an official Anthropic product;
         - Anthropic, PBC bears no responsibility for this Software;
         - Any issues, errors, or damages arising from use of this Software are
           solely the responsibility of the copyright holder and/or you, not
           Anthropic, PBC;
         - You will not represent this Software as being affiliated with or
           endorsed by Anthropic, PBC.

4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

THE COPYRIGHT HOLDER AND CONTRIBUTORS DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION

  5.1  LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
       IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS, COPYRIGHT HOLDERS, CONTRIBUTORS,
       DISTRIBUTORS, LICENSORS, OR ANY PARTY WHO HAS BEEN INVOLVED IN THE
       CREATION, PRODUCTION, OR DELIVERY OF THE SOFTWARE BE LIABLE FOR ANY
       CLAIM, DEMAND, CAUSE OF ACTION, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY:

         - WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE),
           STRICT LIABILITY, PRODUCT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL OR EQUITABLE
           THEORY;

         - WHETHER ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THE SOFTWARE,

           LOSS OF SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF GOODWILL,
           LOSS OF USE, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, COST OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR
           SERVICES, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY OR NON-PECUNIARY LOSS;

         - EVEN IF THE COPYRIGHT HOLDER OR CONTRIBUTORS HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF
           THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, AND EVEN IF A REMEDY SET FORTH
           HEREIN IS FOUND TO HAVE FAILED OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.

       TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE TOTAL
       CUMULATIVE LIABILITY OF THE COPYRIGHT HOLDER AND CONTRIBUTORS TO YOU
       FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS LICENSE OR THE
       SOFTWARE, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, SHALL NOT EXCEED THE
       GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE (IF ANY), OR
       (B) FIVE U.S. DOLLARS (USD $5.00).

  5.2  USER INDEMNIFICATION OBLIGATION
       YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND (AT THE COPYRIGHT HOLDER'S OPTION), AND
       HOLD HARMLESS THE COPYRIGHT HOLDER, G4 (psinghmanager), AND ALL
       CONTRIBUTORS, OFFICERS, AGENTS, EMPLOYEES, SUCCESSORS, AND ASSIGNS
       (COLLECTIVELY, THE "INDEMNIFIED PARTIES") FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL:

         - CLAIMS, DEMANDS, ALLEGATIONS, AND CAUSES OF ACTION;
         - LOSSES, LIABILITIES, OBLIGATIONS, AND JUDGMENTS;
         - DAMAGES, PENALTIES, FINES, AND SETTLEMENTS;
         - COSTS AND EXPENSES, INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEYS' FEES,
           COURT COSTS, AND EXPERT WITNESS FEES;

       ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO:
         (A) YOUR USE OF OR ACCESS TO THE SOFTWARE;
         (B) YOUR VIOLATION OF ANY TERM OF THIS AGREEMENT;
         (C) YOUR VIOLATION OF ANY APPLICABLE LAW, REGULATION, OR THIRD-PARTY
             RIGHT;
         (D) ANY DERIVATIVE WORK OR DISTRIBUTION YOU CREATE BASED ON THE
             SOFTWARE;
         (E) ANY FALSE, MISLEADING, OR INACCURATE REPRESENTATIONS YOU MAKE
             REGARDING THE SOFTWARE OR ITS ORIGIN;
         (F) YOUR INFRINGEMENT OR MISAPPROPRIATION OF ANY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
             OR OTHER RIGHT OF ANY PERSON OR ENTITY.

       THIS INDEMNIFICATION OBLIGATION SURVIVES TERMINATION OF THIS AGREEMENT
       AND YOUR CESSATION OF USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

  5.3  ESSENTIAL BASIS OF THE BARGAIN
       YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION
       OBLIGATIONS SET FORTH IN THIS SECTION ARE FUNDAMENTAL ELEMENTS OF THE
       BASIS OF THE BARGAIN BETWEEN YOU AND THE COPYRIGHT HOLDER, AND THAT
       THE SOFTWARE WOULD NOT BE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU ABSENT SUCH LIMITATIONS.

6. DATA AND PRIVACY
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

  6.1  LOCAL DATA STORAGE
       ALL data processed, collected, generated, or displayed by this Software
       is stored locally on your own machine. No personal data, usage data,
       file contents, token counts, cost estimates, or any other information
       is transmitted to any external server, cloud service, or third party
       by this Software.

  6.2  LOCAL FILE ACCESS
       This Software reads local files and databases created by Claude Code
       and/or Claude Desktop applications solely for the purpose of calculating
       and displaying token usage statistics. The Software does not modify,
       delete, copy to external locations, or otherwise alter the files it reads.

  6.3  USER RESPONSIBILITY FOR DATA SECURITY
       You are solely responsible for the security of your own systems, files,
       and data. The copyright holder assumes no responsibility for unauthorized
       access to your data, breaches of your system security, or any loss or
       corruption of data on your machine.

  6.4  NO ANALYTICS OR TELEMETRY
       This Software does not include any analytics, telemetry, tracking,
       crash reporting, or usage reporting functionality that transmits data
       off your machine.

  6.5  PRIVACY COMPLIANCE
       While the Software itself does not transmit data, you are responsible
       for ensuring your use of the Software complies with any applicable
       privacy laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, particularly if you
       use or deploy the Software in a professional or organizational context.

7. API PRICING DISCLAIMER
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

  7.1  ESTIMATES ONLY
       Token cost calculations, pricing estimates, and financial figures
       displayed by this Software are ESTIMATES ONLY, based on publicly
       available Anthropic API pricing information at the time of development.
       They are provided for informational and reference purposes only.

  7.2  ACCURACY NOT GUARANTEED
       ACTUAL COSTS MAY DIFFER MATERIALLY FROM DISPLAYED ESTIMATES. Pricing
       is subject to change by Anthropic, PBC at any time without notice.
       The Software may not reflect the most current pricing. The copyright
       holder makes no guarantee, representation, or warranty of any kind
       regarding the accuracy, completeness, or currency of pricing information.

  7.3  SUBSCRIPTION USERS
       Users on Claude subscription plans (e.g., Claude Pro, Claude Team,
       Claude Enterprise) are generally NOT billed on a per-token basis.
       Token counts displayed by this Software do not represent actual charges
       to subscription users. The Software displays token usage for informational
       purposes only.

  7.4  NO FINANCIAL ADVICE
       NOTHING IN THIS SOFTWARE CONSTITUTES FINANCIAL ADVICE, BILLING ADVICE,
       OR ANY FORM OF PROFESSIONAL ADVISORY SERVICE. YOU SHOULD CONSULT YOUR
       ANTHROPIC ACCOUNT DASHBOARD AND OFFICIAL BILLING STATEMENTS FOR ACCURATE
       COST INFORMATION.

  7.5  NO FINANCIAL LIABILITY
       THE DEVELOPERS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FINANCIAL DECISIONS,
       EXPENDITURES, OVERAGES, UNEXPECTED CHARGES, OR FINANCIAL LOSSES OF
       ANY KIND MADE IN RELIANCE UPON THE ESTIMATES OR OUTPUTS OF THIS SOFTWARE.

8. ACCEPTANCE
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

BY INSTALLING, DOWNLOADING, COPYING, RUNNING, ACCESSING, OR OTHERWISE USING
THIS SOFTWARE — IN WHOLE OR IN PART — YOU:

  (A) ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT IN ITS ENTIRETY;
  (B) UNDERSTAND ALL OF ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS;
  (C) AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT;
  (D) REPRESENT THAT YOU HAVE THE LEGAL CAPACITY AND AUTHORITY TO ENTER INTO
      THIS AGREEMENT (AND, IF APPLICABLE, THAT YOU ARE AUTHORIZED TO BIND
      YOUR ORGANIZATION).

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY TERM OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY
CEASE ALL USE OF THE SOFTWARE AND DELETE ALL COPIES IN YOUR POSSESSION.

9. TERMINATION
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

  9.1  TERM
       This Agreement is effective from the date you first use, access, or
       obtain the Software and shall continue until terminated.

  9.2  AUTOMATIC TERMINATION
       This Agreement and all rights granted to you hereunder terminate
       automatically and without notice if you fail to comply with any term
       or condition of this Agreement. Upon any such breach, your right to
       use the Software ceases immediately.

  9.3  OBLIGATIONS UPON TERMINATION
       Upon termination of this Agreement for any reason, you must:
         (A) Immediately cease all use of the Software;
         (B) Destroy all copies of the Software in your possession or control,
             including all installations, backups, and archived copies;
         (C) Cease all distribution of the Software or any derivative works.

  9.4  SURVIVAL
       The following provisions survive termination of this Agreement:
       Section 2 (Conditions), Section 3 (Trademark Acknowledgment),
       Section 4 (Disclaimer of Warranty), Section 5 (Limitation of Liability
       and Indemnification), Section 7 (API Pricing Disclaimer), and
       Section 10 (Governing Law).

10. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

  10.1 GOVERNING LAW
       This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with
       applicable laws, without regard to conflicts of law principles. To the
       extent applicable, the laws of the jurisdiction in which the copyright
       holder resides shall apply as the default governing law.

  10.2 BINDING ARBITRATION
       Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this
       Agreement, the Software, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof,
       shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of
       a recognized arbitration body. The arbitrator's award shall be final and
       binding, and judgment upon the award may be entered in any court of
       competent jurisdiction.

  10.3 WAIVER OF CLASS ACTIONS
       YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED
       ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR
       REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS
       ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.

  10.4 INJUNCTIVE RELIEF
       Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other
       equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent
       irreparable harm, including but not limited to harm caused by violation
       of the Name Protection provisions in Section 2.3 or Attribution
       Requirements in Section 2.2.

  10.5 SEVERABILITY
       If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or
       unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be modified to
       the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification
       is not possible, severed from this Agreement, without affecting the
       validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

  10.6 ENTIRE AGREEMENT
       This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the
       copyright holder with respect to the Software and supersedes all prior
       or contemporaneous understandings, representations, and agreements,
       whether written or oral, relating to the Software.

  10.7 NO WAIVER
       The failure of the copyright holder to enforce any right or provision
       of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that right or
       provision.

  10.8 AMENDMENTS
       The copyright holder reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any
       time. Updated versions will be published with the Software. Continued
       use of the Software after publication of an updated Agreement constitutes
       your acceptance of the updated terms.
