Improve the pyMBE tutorial

To be improved:

• Give examples on how the pymbe dataframe works
• Show utility functions to access the maps: type map, charge map, radius map…

Progress so far:

• The tutorial now links with samples/branched_polyampholyte.py and uses one of the figures of our article.
