Vael Me — cleaned package

What was cleaned

Removed the duplicate vael-profile-buttons.php include.
Moved repeated form helpers into vael-helpers.php.
Kept shared shortcode CSS from printing more than once per request.
Removed the obsolete profile-only handshake notification and its unused CSS.
Replaced the destructive homepage redirect workaround with a targeted safe redirect.
Added [vael_board] to the admin shortcode list.
Normalized expected filenames and folder structure.

Back up the current wp-content/plugins/vael-me/ folder and database.
Replace the existing plugin folder with this vael-me folder.
Activate/check the plugin in WordPress Admin.
Test registration, /vael-in/, /vael-out/, /buyer-dashboard/, /match-dashboard/, /board/, BuddyBoss messages, handshakes, availability, and global notifications.

The plugin version is 1.1.0, so the existing database updater will run dbDelta() once.
