Yeah right now sortmerna is the main suspected blocker, which is good news overall - it seems like we are quite close to this just working ™️. After the release goes out next week, I'm going to run a handful of trials on this and see if anything else breaks if we pull out deblur/sortmerna. This will confirm these suspicions and then give us time to get that (hopefully final) blocker sorted! I'll also be looking into linux arm builds as well, those may likely just be an added bonus in this process that won't be difficult to add (knock on wood) and will be useful to more folks in the coming months/year.

Yeah, this is so close! The conda-forge migration then bioconda adding arch support really unlocked this.

pull out deblur/sortmerna

Then add it back when Denial has a chance to update to sortmerna 4.0 in Deblur? Or maybe there's a denoising features in https://github.com/the-miint/duckdb-miint? If I could find the thread I would link it here
