Translate revealjs-menu-button-label in Greek (#15199)

Add the Greek value "Μενού διαφανειών" for the
revealjs-menu-button-label key, which gives the Reveal.js slide menu
button its accessible name. Screen reader users in Greek decks now
hear this instead of the English fallback.
