Adds an
axejob to the preview workflow. It reuses the preview render and runsquarto call axeon the pages the PR changes. It fails on new serious or critical findings that are not in_axe-baseline.json._quarto.yml, shared partials, extensions, the baseline) scans the whole site._axe-exclude.txtare skipped.Still to test: one PR that changes a single page, and one that changes SCSS (full-site scan).
