docs: cover page range splitting for citation references - #2304

Since quarto-dev/quarto-cli#15118, the CSL `page` split into citation_firstpage and citation_lastpage applies to each citation_reference tag as well as to the document citation. The Citation Fields table only said the value "will be split on `-`", which no longer covers who gets the split or how it behaves. The split accepts a hyphen, en dash or em dash with surrounding spaces trimmed. A single page or a list of ranges (`1-3, 7-9`) yields only a first page, since a list has no single last page. Explicit `page-first`/`page-last` still override the split.
Before 1.11, only the document citation split `page`, on `-` alone, so `1-3, 7-9` gave a last page of `3, 7`, and bibliography references got no page tags. Without a version qualifier the row reads as true for the stable release too. The qualifier is prose in the cell rather than a prerelease callout, because only this row changed and a callout above the Citation Fields table would mark the whole table as new.

Companion to quarto-dev/quarto-cli#15118. From Quarto 1.11,
citation_referencetags for bibliography entries carrycitation_firstpageandcitation_lastpage, split from the CSLpagefield. The document citation uses the same split, which accepts a hyphen, en dash or em dash, and gives only a first page for a list of ranges like1-3, 7-9.The
pagerow of the Citation Fields table only said the value is split on-, which described the document citation alone. It now says the split applies to eachcitation_referencetoo, which separators work, how single pages and page lists come out, and thatpage-firstandpage-lasttake precedence. It targets
prereleasebecause the behavior is only true from 1.11.
