Status of RFC

• Intended action: Agree high level decision on Flipper integration ownership. Accept/merge RFC in
  ~2 weeks (5 June).

Next steps

• how do we want to work across the board?
• We want to use discord to keep in close loop devexp wg -> debugging-wg, and collect user feedback from community topics -> debugging
• we'll keep this sync in a fixed schedule

Happy to talk about our plans for Reactotron as a discussion point, since it's used by many React Native developers daily for debugging.

I'd like to talk a bit about debugging Reanimated UI runtime which currently requires this PR to metro-inspector-proxy (and debugging other JS VMs inside React Native app in general):

• Enable app reloads for other runtimes than Hermes React Native react/metro#864
