Adds a bundle file
leaf_refs.csv(leaf_stid,reference_stid): every leaf in nodes.csv'smember_leavesthat has a reference entity, with the reference entity's stable id (uniprot:…,chebi:…). Read only by deltasignal'sDS_CARRIER_MULTISTEP=wide(specs/107 rule 3), so that GRIP2 at the plasma membrane and GRIP2 in the cytosol count as one carrier. No network content changes; always written (header-only if empty) so a missing file means an older bundle.Tests:
test_export_leaf_refs_maps_every_leaf_with_a_reference; the fail-fast export list includes it.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
