Setup documentation: yq@3 has been disabled because it is not maintained upstream!

The setup instrcutions say yq v3 should be installed w/ `brew install yq@3` (b.t.w. also for Linux!?), but yq version 3 is no longer maintained and the maintainer recommends upgrading to v4, see https://github.com/mikefarah/yq/issues/995
