#231 Sorting relationships to remove by higher source & target node cycle counts in addition to edge node cycle counts - #232

Walkthrough
The change records cycle counts for selected vertices and passes them through report generation to relationship cost-benefit calculations. Relationship ranking uses source and target vertex cycle counts instead of endpoint-removal flags.
CycleRemovalComputer counts detected cycles containing each selected feedback vertex and passes the counts to CycleRemovalResult.
Use cycle counts in relationship ranking cost-benefit-calculator/src/main/java/org/hjug/cbc/RankedDisharmony.java, cost-benefit-calculator/src/main/java/org/hjug/cbc/CostBenefitCalculator.java, cost-benefit-calculator/src/test/java/org/hjug/cbc/CostBenefitCalculatorTest.java
RankedDisharmony stores source and target cycle counts. CostBenefitCalculator supplies these counts and sorts by descending source count, then descending target count. Tests cover the updated values and ordering.
Pass counts from report generation report/src/main/java/org/hjug/refactorfirst/report/JsonGenerator.java, report/src/main/java/org/hjug/refactorfirst/report/SimpleHtmlReport.java
Both report generators retrieve class and package vertex cycle counts and pass them to relationship calculations.
HTML report generation can fail with a NullPointerException, or rank relationships using the wrong graph's cycle counts. Swap the vertex cycle-count arguments in SimpleHtmlReport so each graph receives its own counts, as JsonGenerator already does, before merging.

Full details: Title check
Explanation
The title names the main change: relationships are now sorted for removal using source and target node cycle counts, in addition to edge cycle counts. The raw summary confirms this. The sorting in CostBenefitCalculator.sortEdgesThatNeedToBeRemoved now uses descending source-node and target-node cycle counts in place of the earlier boolean removal flags. The title is long (118 characters, 20 words) and includes the PR number, but it is specific and matches the changeset.

Pass each graph its own vertex cycle counts.
The package calculation receives classVertexCycleCounts, and the class calculation receives packageVertexCycleCounts. If a selected endpoint is absent from the opposite graph's map, CostBenefitCalculator unboxes null and HTML report generation fails. Swap these arguments so each calculation receives counts keyed to its graph.
