chore(deps): update tokio past RUSTSEC-2026-0386
tokio 1.53.2 is unsound: AsyncFd::new violates I/O safety, and cargo
deny now fails the Rust policy job on it. 1.53.3 is a patch release
inside the declared range. No workspace code uses AsyncFd. The Evidence
fuzz lockfile carries the same bump so the two locks stay aligned.
