I may need some input/help in formatting the .md (ex .Rmd vignettes) in the Gihub web page.

At the moment I have created a README.md with links to the

• basic_use.md
• advanced_use.md page.

I am not entirely happy with this at the moment.
For a user point of view, I don't find easy to find examples and help, and see plots.

I leave this ticket open, until publication

You cannot create the vignettes in the Github Web page since they are generated by R (they require to run the R code, and github is not R-aware). I think the vignettes should be created in RStudio, and then posted to github to make them visible ont eh github pages.

Thats what I did (i think), you add to the Rmd , it builds .md in vignettes folder which you can link to the main README.md.
It might, however not be the 'official' way of doing it, github style.
