Per AD guidance at IETF 126. Conventions defines the name and carries an RFC Editor note. IANA Considerations requests one address from the 192.0.0.0/24 IETF Protocol Assignments block and suggests 192.0.0.11/32. Examples use 192.0.2.11 from TEST-NET-1. Closes #2 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Provisioning is ordinary DHCPv4 or static configuration; the gateway value is the only change. Closes #30 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Closes #8 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
The off-link properties follow from the forwarding prohibition in Router Ingress Behavior, not from the registry Source field. The registry records Source=True; IANA Considerations now accounts for both Source and Destination. Closes #7 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
RFC 6890 carries a publication-time snapshot. Closes #9 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
