Dictionary Plugin Not Visible Despite Being Enabled #73

Description

@EWYusof

Summary:
The Dictionary plugin does not appear in the plugin menu or context menu, even though it is enabled in the RemNote plugin settings.
Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open RemNote (latest desktop version).
  2. Go to Plugins and enable the Dictionary plugin.
  3. Create a top-level Rem named “Dictionary Root” and set it as the plugin’s root in settings.
  4. Highlight a word in any document.
  5. Check the context menu for the plugin button.
    Expected Behavior:
The plugin button should appear in the context menu, allowing access to the Dictionary tab and saving definitions under the selected Root Rem.
    Actual Behavior:
The plugin does not appear in the context menu. No Dictionary tab is visible, and definitions cannot be saved.
    Environment:
    • RemNote version: [1.22.23 (Stable)]
    • Platform: [Windows 11 Desktop]
    • Plugins: Dictionary (enabled), [Version 0.8.10]
    Additional Notes:
    • Root Rem is correctly set as a top-level Rem.
    • Reloading the app did not resolve the issue.
    • Other plugins appear and function normally.
