ci(release): build arm64/x64 on native runners - #13

Use ubuntu-24.04-arm64 for linux-arm64 and macos-13 for macos-x64 to ensure platform-specific OpenTUI dependencies are available during bun --compile builds.

The v0.1.5 release build failed for
linux-arm64andmacos-x64because Bun's compile/bundler tries to resolve platform-specific OpenTUI packages (e.g.@opentui/core-linux-arm64,@opentui/core-darwin-x64) that are only installed on matching runner architectures.Change
