feat(agents): expand resident workflows and telemetry

Summary

• rename the swarm surface to agents, add resident-team workflows, and tighten coordinator/task semantics
• add workflow status storage, task supersede/unblock handling, dormant roles, seed task dependency metadata, and worker defaultArgs plumbing
• expand the TUI with timeline/raw/usage views, structured LLM log summaries, richer agent runtime telemetry, and release prep for v0.1.10
