- Replace the retry query on sys_invocation, which reports retrying invocations as ready on 1.8, with sys_vqueues; make the sys_locks queries scope-aware and fix the curl quoting of SQL string literals - Refresh the table list, status list and CLI output examples; point to `invocations journal` for the full journal - Tell agents to preview changes with --dry-run and apply with --yes instead of relying on --json to stop at the plan, which a truthy CI overrides Fixes #424 Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>
