Add fields for alert ingest

Following a discussion with Will, the following fields will need to be ingested to RogueDB for each new alert:

• Target star ID: Alpha numeric (length e.g. TIC format) Let’s say 30
• AWS S3 address for lightcurve file pointer.
• RA, Dec.
• Two FFP confidence: float % and delta chi2. alert_neural_network_confidence; can be null, alert_delta_chi2
• alert_classification: select field: Microlensing, Flare, Variable, Moving Object, Other
• FFP_candidate boolean
• alert_notes: Long string for comments
• alert_t0, alert_tE, alert_u0, alert_rho, alert_peak_mag, alert_baseline_mag
• alert_origin: name of classifier
• alert_datetime

Note that multiple alerts may be received for a given target.

Defining a field to store the path to the lightcurve file in an S3 bucket requires some knowledge of the file structure, e.g.
lightcurve_file = models.FileField(
upload_to='uploads/%Y/%m/%d/',
blank=True,
null=True
)

where the 'upload_to' path indicates the syntax for the folder structure used to store the files. This needs to be set to whatever convention has been decided for the lightcurve files.
