There is a upcoming need for VDR to handle messages where a "TAG" is included.
The TAG part can be transferred because OCPN can for now filter it out. And we never know what the future might hold in terms of TAGs, right?

For to test here is a file including the "TAG" where the first three sentences are not played by VDR.
I was testing on W10 using VDR 1.3.66+526.v1.3.66.0
