CoreChase Pro

ERP software built for salvage yard operations — from gate-entry VIN scan to last part pulled

CoreChase Pro is an early-stage concept for a full salvage yard management platform aimed at independent and mid-size yards that are still stitching together spreadsheets, whiteboards, and fax machines. The idea is a single system that handles vehicle intake, parts location, title compliance, and marketplace listings without making you context-switch between five different tools.

Features

  • Vehicle lifecycle tracking from VIN scan at the gate through every part pulled and sold
  • Row-space-level parts location so anyone on the yard can find what a customer is calling about
  • Automated NMVTIS title reporting to keep you compliant without manual paperwork
  • Core return chain of custody tracking
  • Parts interchange lookup to match compatible parts across makes and models
  • Listing management for online marketplace channels

Integrations

  • car-part.com — parts listing and inventory sync (scaffolded)
  • eBay Motors — listing management (scaffolded)
  • State DMV — title paperwork submission (scaffolded)

Architecture

This is a prototype codebase exploring the domain model and core workflows for a salvage yard ERP. The structure is monolithic at this stage — there is no production database, message queue, or deployed infrastructure yet. The focus right now is validating the data model and key user flows before committing to a stack.

Status

🧪 Early prototype / concept. Not production-ready.
