PHPUnit 12.5.12 is breaking phpunit-coverage-tools.

Since the new PHPUnit version 12.5.12... test results are showing errors and new warnings.

There was 1 PHPUnit test runner warning:

1) Failed to set "--min-coverage=minCoverage.php":

I have the same issue with newer versions of phpunit.

The -d key=value option on phpunit cli is for setting temporary ini configuration options in php while running tests. What changed is that phpunit now produce a warning if the ini option don't exist (as in ini_set() returning false).

Suggest adding as parameter in phpunit.xml (allowing both integer and file reference, just as the cli option).
