AutoApprove issue

Currently my environment has rtk hook installed to .cluade

VSCode Copilot is able to find and use it, however the commands doesn't re-using existing rules, such that already approved commands like git status doesn't work with rtk calls, making it asking for manually approval for whatever tool the agent is using
