Layer 7 of 7 in the contentable stack.
The games admin gets a nav link and pages that match the other admin pages.
Open question for the client: when students have attempts, do we block the delete of a game (
dependent: :restrict_with_error)? Now the attempts are deleted with the game, and a model test documents this.Type of change
