Name the SOC settings after what they actually do

Register 115 is the capacity cutoff and 117 only the low-battery warning
level; while Time of Use is enabled neither sets the discharge floor, which
comes from the active slot's TOU SOC (166-171). Reading a live inverter showed
117 holding the requested 20 % while all six TOU slots held 30 % and discharge
stopped at 30 %. Entity IDs are unchanged, only the display names.
