• security: core/digital/code_tracer.py traces arbitrary user code via sys.settrace without sandboxing or privilege separation, executing untrusted code with the full privileges of the Execra process.

• feat: core/intelligence/llm_client.py is a single-provider wrapper with no automatic failover — OpenAI outages or rate limits halt Execra sessions despite Gemini and Llama 3 being supported.

• bug: core/perception/screen_capture.py performs uncapped continuous screen capture with no frame-rate limiting or delta detection — on 4K displays it floods the LLM pipeline with redundant frames, driving CPU to 100% and API costs to ~$50/hour.
