I am a biostatistician and Instructor of Medicine at the Boston University School of Medicine. My work sits at the intersection of biostatistics, infectious disease epidemiology, and global health — developing and applying statistical and computational methods to understand disease burden, risk factors, and control strategies. I am currently focused on integrating genomic, clinical, and surveillance data to inform disease control in high-burden settings, and in building reproducible, scalable analytic tools for population-based research.
