Add Selene newsroom author support

Keep Asteria as the default newsroom author, add explicit Selene author selection, surface Selene in site metadata and author pages, and attribute the first Selene newsroom article correctly.

Verified with npm run quality: 212 newsroom tests passed and Astro built 654 pages.
